Photo Submission Policy

By submitting a photo to MAD Graphics and Designs (“MAD”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1.  Permission to Use Images
You grant MAD Graphics and Designs permission to use, reproduce, publish, and display the submitted photo for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes.

2.  Marketing & Promotional Use
Submitted photos may be used by MAD on its website, social media platforms, digital advertising, printed materials, promotional campaigns, and other marketing channels without further notice or compensation.

3.  Ownership & Rights
You confirm that you own the rights to the submitted photo or have obtained permission from all individuals appearing in the photo to grant this authorization.

4.  No Compensation
Submission of a photo constitutes voluntary participation. No payment, royalties, or compensation will be provided for the use of submitted images.

5.  Content Approval
MAD Graphics and Designs reserves the right to edit, crop, or modify images as needed for marketing and promotional use while maintaining respectful representation.

6.  Agreement to Terms
By submitting your photo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this agreement.
